bexio is a cloud-based accounting software that gives you and us access to the same data at all times. You can simply upload receipts digitally, process payments or create quotes and invoices. We see the information in real time and can continue working straight away. This eliminates e-mail ping-pong and paper folders.
A major advantage: modular authorizations can be assigned in bexio. This means that you decide for yourself which areas you continue to process independently (e.g. writing invoices or recording payments) and which tasks we take over as trustees. Depending on the model you choose, we can manage the entire accounting process for you or provide you with targeted support in individual modules.

Starter - from approx. CHF 29/month
Ideal for sole traders and small companies. Contains basic functions such as quotes, invoices, contacts and simple banking.
Pro - from approx. CHF 59/month
For SMEs that also want to manage their bookkeeping professionally. Includes all functions from Starter plus extended accounting tools, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Pro+ - from approx. CHF 99/month
For companies with higher requirements. Contains all the functions of Pro as well as additional modules such as project management, time recording and extensive evaluations.
Additional modules can be added as an option, e.g. payroll accounting or warehouse management.
